1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Riveon ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. License to Use
Riveon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your FiveM server(s) in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key or account credentials.
- Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights.
3. Subscription & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or One-time Lifetime payment). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance, security updates, or if we detect abuse of the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all cheats or prevent all exploits.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Riveon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
